Date: Saturday, May 18, 2019 – Applications are due May 15, 2019 by 12 Noon

Location: Lifeguard Headquarters, 103 Pacific Coast Hwy., Huntington Beach, CA
INTERVIEWS – Sunday, May 19, 2019 by invitation only
PERFORMANCE EXAM EVENTS
The performance exam tentatively consists of 3 physical events (subject to change):
1,000 yard ocean swim
500 yard ocean swim (surf sprint)
1,500 yard run-swim-run.
All events are conducted in prevailing conditions around and through the Huntington Beach Pier. Applicants must satisfactorily complete all phases of the performance exam to be eligible for further consideration.
